Dmitrii K is professional, knowledgeable and polite. Sears Home Services Customer Service is unreliable, unprofessional. The repair service was cancelled 5 times for no valid reason. I don't recommend Sears Home Services

Eric was very punctual. Arrived when he said he would arrive.. Told us the first time he was out there. That he had ordered parts and he would be back to install them. I like that they sent the same technician out to install the parts.. He was very neat cleaned up the laundry room as he worked. Eric was very polite. We were pleased with his overall service of the dryer.

You need to eliminate you AI system for sevice calls. I was first told yesterday morning that I did not have a scheduled appointment and then I was told the technician would be there at 9 am. The technician finally came at 4 pm. He told me that he was not to arrive before 10 am. I never told anyone that arrival had to be after 10 am for this appointment. My time is as important as your time so I need a better window than between 8 am and 5 pm. Since there is no actaul person to talk to this is impossible to find out.
