After waiting for along time to get the parts it was great to have Robert finally get the parts for the dishwasher and put them in. Sears took too long to order 1 part (6 weeks)!! No one should have to wait that long w/o a part and the inconvienice

Dale kept me updated on his time when to arrive He definitely did a great job on getting my dryer up and running and made sure the hose was not linked and the dryer not making noises anymore
