Mishap after mishap delay after delay week of waiting multiple reschedules. When there is a problem, you cannot talk to anyone. This company has chosen to go with AI, which is a mistake. Frustrating when you can't talk to a human with knowledge, especially when you had as many problems as we had with our service.

Shane is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate him fixing my washing machine. In addition id like to comment on whomever schedules the appts. I do not appreciate being canceled on or rescheduled for a later date when ive been scheduled for a set repair date. I dont know any customer who would appreciate it.

Theodore was fantastic. Sears services were not. Took almost 6 weeks to put 15 minutes apart in my dryer. We would wait around almost 7 hours and then be told the next repair time is two weeks away. This happened 2 to 3 times. Wow.
