Arben is a good technician. He was very detailed in his diagnosis of my refrigerator and provided details on the repairs that needed to be done. He took the time to explain to me the issue I was having, which I really appreciated. He did not try to sell me more than I needed for my repair and also recommended ways for me to ensure that my refrigerator properly maintained.

I started this journey months ago, it has been seven visits by repairmen and seven days that I have taken off work . Please do something to improve the communication and let the customer actually speak with a live person to ask the questions, "do you have my parts? " that would have saved four visits! Then also , having appointments available in the afternoon would have saved some time off from my work , as well. This was an extremely frustrating experience but each of the repairmen were very professional and tried to be as helpful as possible .
