Technician arrived when text message notified. Diagnosed issue with washer and presented cost of repair. I declined the repair costs. Technician was professional and diligent in diagnosing the issue. Will recommend Sears to other people for service

I used Ricky before for my refrigerator. This time I used him for my automatic dishwasher. I found Ricky to be very knowledgeable on these appliances. I had claimed that my dishwasher was leaking a small amount of water while running. Even though no repair was done. He told me some good information. He told me what dishwashing soap to use to what to stay away from. I like to rinse my dishes off before running them through the dishwasher. He recommended that I put the dishes in dirty as the dishwasher soap would have something to wash. He also said that if I rinse my dishes off first, then to cut way down on my dishwashing soap. Excess soap could cause pressure and seep through the seals; hence, causing a small amount of water to leak out.
