I would've preferred to be able to track the service tax timeline. I was told between 830 and 9:09 AM. I could not reach a person to try to update that timeframe at all. Finally at 1:30 Eric was nice enough to call and tell me he will be here at 2:30. And he was and he was good. I just think there should be a better way of tracking where the tech is so that you can plan for the day better than 8-5

Anthony was very professional all the time he was here. The space he had to work in is very tight and he was very careful not to scrape the wall when moving the washer out to check it. I trusted his findings and would ask for him again if I ever need another appliance worked on.
