Today I met Anthony who serviced both my dryer and oven. He was a pleasure. Personable, knowledgeable and efficient. This level of multi-appliance knowledge is priceless and as a customer who has to take time off work, very efficient. I hope Sears values him as he should.

It's not about the company it's all about the employee Cornelius which makes the company great. Cornelius is not from Hawaii but he has the sprit of Aloha. He's very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
