Excellent Service. Clear Recommendations. Friendly Tech.
Frank was friendly and helpful, adjusting to the wrong address in the Sears system and a missed phone call. He was quick with his dishwasher diagnosis, and gave us clear options for repair, plus recommendations for replacement. 5-stars all around.

Sears really knows customer service. Once I booked my service call, I got a text from a senior technician stating he was going to call me. Once on the phone he asked me the issues my washer is having and said he will make sure his techs have everything on the truck they need to try and fix our washer. What needed to be fixed was more then the washer is worth and more than a new washer. They did not fix the washer but they were up front about our options and what we should look for in a new washer.

This was the worse experience I have had with service. It took 6 weeks to get my dishwasher fixed. The time frame they give you is ridiculous 8-5 really?!? So you spend your whole day waiting I was rescheduled so many times and one day I waited all day for the technician to come and at 4:00 I received a text saying MY request to reschedule has been approved which was a lie. You can't reach the actual company when you call the number you only get a call center who can only forward your concern to the company. I am seriously considering dropping this company after this experience
