Success!
It was difficult to access my stacked washer and dryer but he persevered and was able to discover the hose attachment problem. And, he was very pleasant to have here, even after his long, long day of servicing.

My tech Sloan was prompt, communicative and helpful. The process to reach this stage was a DISASTER. Sears could not track the parts they had sent to my house, so they repeatedly scheduled and cancelled my tech appointment 5 TIMES. when Sloan arrived and I handed him the parts for the repair he said "that's not the work order I have for you and I have these parts". Of course Sears gave him the wrong parts for my fix … it's a really bad job by Sears to make the job soooo hard for their techs.

Kenneth gave me a heads up that he would be onsite in one hour. He showed up on time and had the washing machine fixed within 10 minutes. He was very polite and informative. I would use Sears again because it was so easy
