On a previous visit Robert discovered a broken dial part, and helped me order the correct replacement from Sears. That part arrived yesterday, and today Robert came by and installed same. Very personable fellow!

Chester was great! This isn't the first time we've had problems with our washer and this is the second time Chester has come over to assist with fixing it. He's knowledgeable and explains what he finds and he also looks for other items that may also not be working. Today, besides fixing the panel he also saw that the door lock was not working and replaced it. We appreciate him and his great customer service.

Michael checked the washer, made sure it cycled and then suggested it was the electrical outlet showed me the spark marks etc. And said he would advise not using it, but the washer was still good at 40 years old. Yeah Maytag. Thank you

Well your software and scheduling services are horrible but the technician made up for it. When I called your services to ask about an incorrect service time and to confirm that the technician was still in route; the individual that answered told me the technician would only notify me by email and not call. That's ridiculous but thankfully the technician did call and finally let me know he was on the way. Arrived after 5 pm. Bu again; the technician, Jonathan, was super knowledgeable and solved the problem easily.
