Jim was great!!!. The automated system you use...sucks!!! Cannot talk to a real person at all. Was supposed to come one day and got call their coming but never showed. Then automated system harassed me every day until I rescheduled.

Luis was reliable and had great communication. The company is a nightmare. I felt sorry for the employee and actually offered him a job. There is zero accountability and they never fixed my issue and each service call it was something else. One thing.. next thing… still not working. You can't talk to a live body and the AI is a nightmare. I do not recommend this service company at all! Cheaper to just buy a new washer.

I was happy with Ethan. However I was not happy with the fact that I stayed home all day on Thursday and at 4:45 I got a text that my appointment was rescheduled. Not happy that I waited all day just to have to reschedule.

Your AI Richard scheduling sent several messages resulting in 3 missed appt.s where no one showed up. I finally got a person on the phone who straightened out the miscommunication. The people are great but your AI Richard is hopeless. Raul was excellent.
