Service was quick just took too long to get him out here. Parts were here next day I should not have e had to wait two more weeks for him to come back! Also the AI updates stopped working

We know, Norman from previous repairs/visits, to be friendly and professional. He explains that which affects our appliances' performance and offers suggestions to maintain them. Today he was able to arrive within the scheduled window. While it would be a MAJOR improvement to better estimate the repair window, we understand that repairs scheduled later in the day will be delayed because of earlier repair appointments' encountered difficulties.

James the technician was excellent and found a problem for which I hadn't even reported symptoms. The website should not prompt for proof of identity when I'm already logged in. And I absolutely despise the AI calls. Also there were conflicting notifications about arrival time, one saying it would be early and the other saying late.
