Unlike others, Brian, thoughtfully investigates, determines what is wrong and WHY, and fixes it! He doesn't just treat the symptoms, but finds out what the problem was.Too many others do the absolute minimum amount, leave, and then the problem reoccurs in short order

I appreciate the the technician's attention to detail and ability to quickly get the job done when he was here. The overall experience with Sears (not with the technician) was very frustrating due to the use of AI and the inability reach a live person to have issues addressed quickly. This resulted in an extremely long delay in getting my repair done.
