The service of your technician John was great. However, the Sears Home Service virtual assistance is incredibly bad. He provides 3 times false arrival times for your service guy, and on top of that stated that I did not have an appointment. After your technician had completed the diagnosis of the problem, he had to spend 1 1/2 hour on the phone with your parts supplier. A very strange business model.
