My tech was Wayne Kelley not Michael. Wayne Kelley was professional as usual. He originally took pictures of the washer machine that needed parts that are unavailable. Today he went to the highest degree and retook the pictures and problem solved my issue that goes back to five months. Going without a washing machine for months is so inconvenient. He got the claim processed and as of this date, 10-16-25 I will be getting a replacement. Thank you Wayne Kelley for your hard work
