Joseph spent over an hour attempting to fix my Maytag washer, but the motor was faulty and replacement parts are unavailable for the 19-year-old machine. It needs to be replaced. Thank you, Hans

If it was not for technician I am not sure my appliance would have been fixed! Technician gets 5 stars. Dealing with just AI assistants to reschedule based on parts arriving gets no stars!

He was very accurate in his efforts to replace a malfunctioning timer at one point a part became stuck he devised a way to override this and at the end he started to dryerto show it worked
