Michael diagnosed problem and fixed immediately. He also advised replacing the outside vent. Very knowledgeable, competent and sincere regard for customer.

Mark is a likable young man who is focused on customer satisfaction first and foremost. He asked me to describe my dishwasher issue, then he asked some clarifying follow up questions to narrow down the likely cause. He said that he is fairly new in this role, and he pulled down the specs for my exact machine to ensure his diagnosis (a broken intake valve) was correct. I found him to be transparent and trustworthy, and I would request him again next time.

Our washing machine broke down on a Friday, I was able to schedule the service on Monday. Our technician was Scott and he was amazing! We had to order a part which came in earlier than expected and sears got me a quicker appointment to install the same day. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and polite! I would use his services to fix our appliances every time if I could!

Domingo was excellent. Right on time and was kind enough to call me early in the morning to say he was outside so he wouldn't wake the baby by ringing the doorbell. As I appreciate Chris coming and taking a look at the washer and telling me the agitator needs to be replaced. What I don't appreciate is how Sears handles this. If I know what the problem is, I knew the agitator was broken. I did think just the bolt but chris was kind to explain to me the agitator needs to be replaced the bolt seemed fine. What sucks is that Sears can't give me an estimate on the phone. The price for the 10 minutes that chris was there is ridiculous. Chris probably doesn't even get 1/2 of what I paid for him to come and tell me what's wrong. I will not use Sears again.
