We were very pleased with the service tech Phil and his knowledge and he took the time to explain everything we needed to know. HOWEVER, as far as A & E Services this company is ridiculous. They inflated the cost of the part and the labor was more than three times the amount of the part itself. They kept moving our return appointment to have the part put on our oven. When you call any of the phone numbers, you never get a person to speak with. NEVER shall I call them for service again.
