I wanted to take a moment to recognize Chris, the outstanding serviceman that came from my Sears maintenance technician during my dishwasher repair. He was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What stood out the most was how friendly and professional he was throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew what had been repaired and how to avoid future problems. It's rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with strong technical skills so well. Sears should be proud to have employees like him representing the company.
