Best repair service ever
I have always been pleased by the technicians sent out by Sears, but this time Steve outdid them all. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy. He did a great job and a very short time and gave us some helpful hints as well. We appreciate this kind of service!

Very capable worker that tackled the job from start to finish. Replacing the gasket was very difficult as it appeared to be a two-man job. Roland didn't stop until he achieved his goal although the machine seems unbalanced to me. I appreciate his very professional attitude.
