Coy M was on time. Very respectful. He struggled with the replacement of the part due to lack of space he had to deal with. Still he was able to accomplish the task at hand. Coy is an asset to sears service team of technicians.

I am glad Simon came today to inspect our clothes washer. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the issues, showing me the damaged rubber. Unfortunately, it is not repairable. One request to Sears: can you dial back the text and email communications in anticipation of the tech's visit? For instance, twice you asked me to confirm my appointment. It started to feel like you didn't trust that I was going to be home when I said I would.
