Quick and right the first time
Past had techs order parts and get wrong one from what was ordered. This time parts came to my house tech said all was correct. Took about 45 min and now all is great.. both appointments were first thing on his list so worked out great. SEARS tech was very professional and courteous. Thanks for a great experience.

Mark came a little earlier than expected and went right to work. He was amazing. His pride and professionalism were readily apparent. He went right to the problem and replaced the necessary parts. He advised us to have a cleaning done in addition to the repair service. He removed all the material, some of which had started to burn. His cleaning was excellent. We feel much safer and are no longer worried about a possible fire. Mark was friendly, explained his repairs, and showed us the parts he had replaced. He really appeared dedicated to his work and knew what he was doing. We will request them in the future for any appliance repair.
