Tech wonderful, Sears is horrible

Our tech was wonderful, professional, punctual, and nice. Sears on the other hand is horrible because you cannot get in touch with a human on the phone. They schedule you with an 8am to 5 pm window which is ridiculous, don't show up and reschedule you for another day. You cannot talk to them to get a smaller window. NEVER WANT TO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN

Joshua arrived on time and got to work immediately on repairing my dishwasher. Within an hour he was done, everything was put back together correctly and efficiently. I can't say enough about his work.

Tyler was excellent in the service he provided After diagnosing the problem he went about fixing the problem He did advise me of a potential internal problem but was optimistic that my issues were resolved He was thoughtful polite and easy to have in my home Overall an excellent experience
