Technician was very informative and very helpful regarding questions that I had regarding my appliances as well as the current plan I have versus the previous plan I had for over 8 years and he informed me that I should call only if I have a problem with one of the appliances. Also stated that I should continue with what I have been doing regarding my appliances.
