Andrew is awesome! Came in quickly after scheduling (right on time - 8am sharp!) and diagnosed the issue immediately. Very personable, and helped us to make the best decision for us on how to proceed. Will use Sears again in the future!

My experience with Shane was well worth the Service Call. He was very knowledgeable on my issue that I was experiencing of my Ice not coming out.
