The scheduling process is in need of improvement. We were scheduled three times and cancel then on the fourth time the technician showed up. Plus we had the parts to fix the dish washer and was waiting on the bottom rack that was back ordered. Sears would not send a tech until we had all the parts. We are able to install the rack ourselves, but we had to wait a month to get the rack before they would send the tech. Such a waste of our time.
