KWANN did an awesome job getting my dryer back up and running. He was very thorough and he was very timely. He went above and beyond to clean up and to make sure the dryer was in tiptop shape before he left. Thank you.

Technician was fine, but your communications are REALLY bad. Monday was requested along with the need for repair. I got a message that the Model/Serial #s were needed. Upon cking I found it was not an LG as thought, but a Maytag and #s were sent along with correction. Every notice I got still listed it as an LG. My notices had service scheduled for the 19th. Our son's notifications were dated the 22nd. Big mess up followed. At any rate, I think your corporation could do better.

Robert did a very good job in resolving my issue. He was very professional and was good at explaining to me what he was doing. He did have to listen to me complain about the fact that this was supposed to be fixed January 3 but no one called and no one showed up and could get no person on the phone to find out why. Right now I am on the fence about keeping my home warranty.
