I set up an appointment with Sears. So easy to do online. I was sent a text snd I could keep track of the technician and approximate time of arrival. Very very convenient! Steven came to diagnose my dishwasher and it was not an easy diagnosis. He pursued it and after much time spent, figured it out. Three repairman before him couldn't be bothered and I was still left with a broken dishwasher. Steven was professional and highly skilled. Thank you Steven for a fantastic job! I highly recommend Sears for any of your future appliance needs.
