Teddy is great and explained everything clearly the problem with my LG linear compressor. It is too bad that even the conpressor is under a 10-year warranty. I was advised that I have to contact LG directly , in order for him to repair my LG using authorized part approved by LG in advance. Crazy thing happened with LG warranty !!!!

Paul (Harold) is one of your very best! Not only is he an expert, he has the keen ability to identify the problem when others left it unresolved. I called to file a claim for my LG washer more than a month ago, and the two other techs who were assigned, left before the issue was resolved and with water continuing to leak all over the floor. The first guy just turned off the cold water to the washing machine and left, as if I wouldn't notice, but told me, "everything should be working fine now," then he left. The second guy was a little better but still left with the problem unresolved. I really appreciate Paul's thorough work to completely resolve the issue once and for all. It was a bigger job than I knew but he was the one who not only fixed the problem but also left me with a washer that now works like new!
