Diagnosis of refrigerator problems
Jimmy seemed to know what he was doing. He determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. We declined to do that. Your service man was fine. Your scheduling system is terrible. I don't plan to use it again. Multiple email reminders, with threat of charges if we were not at home. After advertising "same day service" it took 23 days before Jimmy arrived. The arrival time is from 8 until 5 meaning that I must stay at home all day long wondering when he will arrive. And, you cannot talk to a human about your appointment. No Good!

This is the second time we've had to deal with Jon and every time we had to deal with him. He has been nothing but professional came in assess the problem, ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts were available and got our dishwasher running again. I wish the insurance company would've had him come out first than the other company because he does nothing but great work.
