Richard was friendly and very knowledgeable. After completing repairs on my refrigerator, he explained the work he did, and even gave us helpful tips to keep our refrigerator in better running condition. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and would have him come back for future repairs if possible.

My first experience with Joshua was in December. He repaired my dryer. I was acting like a crazy woman. But he never lost his cool and was very understanding so professional. We had bought the 5 year protection plan w/ the purchase of our LG frig/freezer. Sears closed here...when I called the help line they took care of scheduling Thomas, who is the central SC lead field manager.OMG! He was prompt arriving early am, clean cut, in uniform, polite, respectful, knowledgeable abd has great assessment and diagnostic skills. He located the problem and had it fixed in record time. He asked me if I had any questions before he left and assured all was functioning properly also before he left. I was thrilled that we got him specifically due to his knowledge.
