Jim was wonderful, he came in and went right to work asking questions first about what my washer was doing. After working on the unit he told me what was going on and gave me my options. If something else goes wrong with any appliances I have I will definitely call Sears first. Thanks Jim .

Dino was so very efficient. He knew exactly what was required to repair my refrigerator since it was freezing everything on the left on the inside of the french doors. He was extremely polite and helpful when I wanted the refrigerator pulled away from the wall. He is a definite asset to your company.
