Mr. Jason made our day! We haven't been able to use our water filter in months. He made sure everything was working before he left. The technician experience was awesome. As far as Sears customer service it sucks!

Brian was wonderful. He explained things well. He was a perfect gentleman and very nice . He seemed knowledgeable about the stove and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the repair would be too costly for such a short warranty, so I've decided to just get another stove
