It is very difficult working with your company in general. The 9 hour window of 7-4 is challenging. Most companies provide a four-hour window. Also there is no way to speak to a customer service rep. I waited all day for this repair on 1/26 only to be notified at 5:00 pm that my appointment was rescheduled to 2/6.

He was so great! Here to fix my dryer so I could get back to doing some laundry!! Very happy not having to wait until next Monday the 13th for my appointment. I had the parts on hand and he went to work!! He explained to me what he needed to replace, and was very easy to understand as he showed me where the problems were. He's just the best around!!
