The timeframe is too much space. Time to appear were too many time slots given. You give 8:00-5:00, yet 6 times were given to expect the technician.

Tech was great, sears pricing is ridiculous, over 3 times the price of the part for repair. Repair is less than a hour to replace circuit board. Part 107 labor 385. Save your self money find a local repair technician.

Same day service, Minh arrived mid afternoon. He diagnosed the unit, provided an estimate for repairs and recommended contacting LG about warranty. He was courteous, responsive and helpful. I will call Sears home service again if needed.
