Great Service
Timely. Had to order a part. Part came about an hour later. Tech went to another job until part arrived. Returned and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with service.

My dryer is running great and Charles was very helpful with all of my questions, I had a lot. He's a great technician. I was not happy with the clarity regarding the warrenty though. I double checked before the appointment that the service fee would be 50% off. I was told it was, but that ended up not being the case.

Tom is very sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had an issue with our dryer, which he diagnosed quickly. Additionally, he offered some preventative care maintenance. We opted to repair the dryer, which was done efficiently and quickly. Thank you again Tom!

Jessica is very pleasant and informative. She was efficient, fast and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to answer I question I had and gave me advice on some adjustments that were needed on this unit. I do not know how much she makes but she needs to be given a minimum of a 15% raise immediately. She is worth every dollar.
