I learned that patience is the key for success and collaboration. Yes I waited a long period of time, but these two representatives were the best. Working and giving hope and confidence that they will succeed, and guess what, they did succeed. Verley was very pleasant and said the problem was with the drainage pipe and not the machine, and that we should use some sort of drain cleaner in the drainage pipe. I would have liked an actual product name suggestion, and one that was Eco friendly and safe for the drainage pipe for washers, but overall he was very nice and competent.
