My service person knew exactly what needed to be done. A refrigerator control panel needed replacement and he completed the job in 10 minutes. In addition he gave me tips on how to maintain and upkeep my refrigerator and coils to avoid future mechanical problems. I asked some technical questions and he knew the answers. I was very pleasantly surprised on the high quality of service from Sears.

Robert is an amazing employee. He called to let me know when he was arriving. Polite, courteous. Even wished me a Happy Valentines upon meeting. Immediately started diagnosing and fixing my dryer. Upon completion he explained the problem and showed me the faulty roller. Repair was made. He's really a nice guy and a great asset to Sears.
