The tech came snd listen to my concerns about what was not working with the dryer. The previous tech did not bother to troubleshoot the dryer. He merely looked at his phone and stated that the problem was vent line needed cleaning, which it was.. What the was problem he didn't bother to check, Whereas Emmanuel did. He used the process of elimination. Saw what needed to be replaced and did so. If I ever need another repair of any machinery, he will be the one I ask for you can guarantee that!!!

Kyle was great. He pointed out the problem within minutes and educated me as to how I could test and resolve the issue on my own in the future. The education was worth the money I spent on the service call Give this man a raise!

Robert was very helpful and polite. Even though I chose the option to have an LG technician to repair my refrigerator. He helped me with what and how to contact the warranty people to fix the frig.
