Dave did a great job with our clothes washer problem. The charge was reasonable and in line with today's pricing.

Harold did a great job diagnosing my dryer to find the suspect problem. I chose not to fix the dryer because of the over priced parts per online research. The part (PC Board) and labor to fix my dryer came to approximately $1,250. That's outrageous! Therefore, I can't recommend Sears A&E Repair for any appliances.

Kenneth came in and it took him 2 minutes to figure out the multi layered issues. He ordered the parts and was back when he said he'd be and fixed it all. Great guy and he knows his stuff!
