LG dryer repair
Johnny responded quickly to my claim request. He recognized the problem and proceeded to disassemble the dryer. He had the necessary parts to make the repairs and after replacing them, he also cleaned out any dryer lint that had accumulated in the dryer. I thought he did a great job, and the dryer is working fine. He is a very personable man, and I would recommend him.

Unfortunately our fridge needs replacing as cost to fix is too high. That was the purpose of the service call was to determine if it was fixable or not. Very happy with Steven's honesty and explanations. I would use Sears again

Patrick was very communicative, at the beginning of the day, before arriving, and while he was here. Communication is key to any customer facing position. While he was not able to diagnose the exact cause of the issue, we believe that the advice that he gave to us is sound.
