Roman came to service our LG dryer for the second time. He completed the service and explained what he did. He then answered all our questions and was very patient in doing so. He was polite on top of everything. Thank you so much!

A mouse had been fried when it got into the area with the computer board. Warren was awesome! He was filling in for Jordan. It didn't take him long to fix my oven. Made me very happy.

Technician was great! My only issue was with my home warranty company scheduling the repair with you all but Sears Home Services' history had an account attached to my now-ex-husband at my now/solo home address and his contact information and I was delayed in personally getting contacted by the technician and your company. When contacting Sears, they eliminated the wrong information however, because the service ticket was already generated and it in process it continued to try to contact via email and text my ex-husband. That is very frustrating.
