After 4 service calls re an FIE code, thanks to Blake (#0546978) our water dispenser is finally working. On 1/16 Stephen (#0016956) service call #1 just kept taking the temperature at various places in frig & freezer and said it was working fine!? On 1/19 Blake (#0546978) service call #2, walked in the door, looked at the code and said we needed a new freezer evaporator cover & fan assembly and ordered one. On 1/31 Matthew (#0534586) service call #3 walked in, looked at new fan assembly box, said it was the wrong part, pulled the frig away from the wall and broke waterline! We finally got waterline replaced, but obviously had same code. We called Sears and told them what was going on and asked them to please reorder the freezer evaporator cover and fan assembly which arrived in a few days, but then it took several days before a repair person could come out due to schedules. Thanks heavens it was Blake who showed up on 3/15 and had the new fan assembly installed in 20 minutes!!! Finally, after 2-1/2 months we have water!!! The icemaker still hasn't kicked in, but it looks like that may take 24 hours. Re rescheduling: It would be helpful if you had 8:00-12:00 and 12:00-5:00 options.
