I have home warranty, called them up on March 26th that my 15 years old dryer was making loud noise . I got scheduled to be diagnosed same day! James came in diagnosed and fixed it . He literally took less than an hour and my dryer will probably will run for another 10 years! . I appreciated for his experienced and genuine technician.

I filled one out on my phone but Brian deserves to be recognized. He is the only technician who has come to work on my dishwasher who actually listened to what I told him about the appliance. Four different techs in 2 years were unable to find a problem even though it leaked and sometimes all over the floor. I quit using because of smell. Brian actually pulled out of cabinet and looked for problem, Took 10 min to find problem even though not the problem he continued looking and it is working with no standing water the smell was bad but 2 bottles cleaner fixed that problem. Thank you for sending someone who actually wants to fix the problem, not like other before him. Thank you Brian

Ethmane called ahead to confirm the refrigerator's model number and possible problem to confirm he had the part on his truck, prior to arriving. Was also contacted via text message and kept up to date on his arrival. Replaced the ice maker is 20 minutes and we're happy.

The techs that came out to fix the washer were great. Knowledgeable and fast. The real problems were with the call center fake voice and getting to speak to a real person. Also the part count changed all the time and the wholl project was a mess. finally, is working OK

Conrad was very understanding and able to pull an appointment forward since we were delayed in meeting him. He responded promptly to text messages. When he arrived, Conrad immediately go to work, was friendly and conversed while working, and he finished quickly.
