Top notch tech work
I had multiple repairs to my washer. All with no luck. Seth came along and realized that the issue was with the manufacturer website providing wrong part information. He took the initiative to order different parts than what was listed and corrected the issue! He went above and beyond to provide me his contact information so I could notify him when parts arrived and he fit me in during the day! Thank you for your relentless pursuit of the issue!
