Hello, we moved into a new home and had Sears come out to check all the appliances and make sure they were all in good working order. Doug handled the refrigerator like a pro. He changed the filters and vacuumed the air intakes. He checked the ice maker and water service area. He did a great job. It was well worth the price. I highly recommend getting all your appliances checked and serviced at least once per year! This was a great value. Thank you Doug for the outstanding service!

I had multiple repairs to my washer. All with no luck. Seth came along and realized that the issue was with the manufacturer website providing wrong part information. He took the initiative to order different parts than what was listed and corrected the issue!
