Greg's the best. It turns out nothing was broken but he explained how the unit functions with this certain valve. It turns out it was the second time he came out. The first was for an oven a few years ago. It was a couple days before Thanksgiving and the part needed wouldn't be in in time. But he showed me the part, how it connects and I was able to find it in time for that Thursday.
