instead of just throwing parts at my issue ( which has been done before ) we both talked about what has been going on with my fridge. he then we in a different direction "why is ice building up and he found the drain was clogged solid. after showing me how clogged and then cleaning it out and i really do believe my issue has been solved.

Randall is so efficient and quick. He communicated very well ahead of time on when he will be coming. Found the problem, ordered the parts. My dryer was repaired within a week. I am very happy with Sears Repair Service.

Robert provided me an amazing service. He is very thoughtful and spends the time to identify and explain the issue to the customers. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify an issue that was not straight forward. And he got it right on the first try with the replacement part. I can say that this is one of the best technicians experiences I've ever had, and the next time I have an appliance issue I will cal Sears and ask for him specifically if that is an option.
