Excellent Customer Service
Great experience. Chuck gave us a heads up that he was coming about 30 minutes ahead of time. He was courteous of our home and our dogs. He was knowledgeable and got us fixed up.

Charles D was excellent. He was cordial and very efficient. My complaint is with the tracking system. It provides totally inaccurate information even though I kept checking it throughout the day. As a result I had to stay home the entire day on two occasions. The information that was sent said to expect someone in the morning but on both occasions he arrived in the middle of the afternoon. I can understand that times may need to change, but you should be able to keep the tracking system accurate and up to date.

Mike was a total professional he called to update me on his arrival time came and assessed out the fridge ice make showed me the ice maker reset button … and we came to the conclusion the ice maker could have been frozen as of now ice maker is working Good Job Mike
