Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable with regard to fixing my LG dishwasher. He has a lot of experience and u pays off when it comes to troubleshooting and resolving the problem. He was good but Sears scheduling system is the worst system that I ever seen or used. You can't get a real person to speak with when you want answers.
