There are many adjectives that I can use for Luis first. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough consider, and respectful. I wish Luis worked for me. You're very lucky. Perhaps you should give him a bonus . I felt like tip him myself.

Not many would take the time to get to the root of the problem and help me to see that my machine wasn't broken… I just didn't understand how to use it properly. This is rare and such a gift!
